This policy explains how Rush Systems, C.A. ("Rush", "we") uses cookies and similar storage technologies on somosrush.io. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
1. What they are
Cookies and local storage are small files or pieces of data that a site saves in your browser. They are used to make the site work, to remember your preferences and, in some cases, to measure its use.
2. Categories we use
We organize storage into these categories:
- Strictly necessary / functional: essential for the site to work. They do not require consent.
- Analytics: they measure how the site is used so we can improve it. They require your consent and only switch on if you accept in the notice.
- Personalization and advertising: they measure whether our ads work and let us show them to you again. They require your consent and only switch on if you accept.
3. Details
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| rush-web-theme | Strictly necessary (local storage) | Remember whether you prefer the light or dark theme. | Persistent until you delete it |
| rush-consent | Strictly necessary (local storage) | Remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we do not ask you again. | Persistent until you delete it |
| cw_conversation | Strictly necessary (cookie) | Chatwoot: keeps your chat conversation open across pages and visits, so you do not have to repeat what you already wrote. Only created on desktop. | 12 months |
| ph_* | Analytics (cookie and local storage) | PostHog: tell visits and sessions apart to measure use of the site, including the product demo if you open it separately. Only if you accept. | Up to 12 months |
| _fbp, _fbc | Advertising (cookie) | Meta: measure whether the ad worked and show it to you again. Only if you accept. | 90 days |
| _ga, _gcl_au | Advertising and analytics (cookie) | Google: attribute your visit to the ad you clicked. Only if you accept. | Up to 24 months |
Rush uses PostHog for usage analytics, and it does not switch on until you accept in the notice that appears when you arrive. If you reject it, we measure anonymously and without cookies: we count the visit using a temporary identifier that cannot recognize you or follow you across sessions. When we start advertising, the pixels of those platforms will only switch on if you accept, and you will see them listed here.
4. How to manage them
You can change your decision about analytics by clearing this site's storage in your browser: next time you arrive we will ask you again. You can also clear storage and block cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.). Keep in mind that disabling strictly necessary storage may affect how the site works.
5. International transfers
PostHog processes analytics data on servers in the United States, so if you accept analytics that data leaves your country. If you reject it, nothing that could identify you is sent.
